Refund policy

At Pastform Furniture, we take pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order furniture. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the courier), receives the goods.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

3. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The right of return does not apply to:

  • Products made to the customer's individual specifications or custom orders
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and characteristics
  • Perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Deliveries made outside the EU (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 calendar days using the same payment method as the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed, with no extra charges to you). We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever comes first.
